  1. That vertigo one is pretty sweet. Psycho too. But I’ve kinda given up on the frustration of mondo. I’ve scored a couple but usually I get pissed and so I don’t try anymore.

  2. These are nice work, but Hitchcock has such a deep catalogue it’s kinda disappointing to see the “popular” titles cranked out by Mondo. Notorious, The Man Who Knew Too Much and Shadow of a Doubt would make nice prints. Heck even North By Northwest, but I guess Mondo has to actually sell prints as people have never heard of those most of those flicks.

  3. It would have been nice if someone had checked the hand and spelling on that psycho poster.

  4. Hanuka fixed the thumb, the new version is on his website.

  5. I have never had too much difficulty getting posters at Mondo. Not every time, but often enough. I bought the Psycho. I was tempted by the stairwell Vertigo, but I figure the kids will get upset if I don’t feed them this week.

  6. Gary Pullin just keeps putting out cool stuff, using a dark grey instead of black on that stairwell print is such a nice touch.

  7. The Dude: Mondo released a great poster for Shadow of a Doubt by Alan Hynes last year. They released posters for North by Northwest in 2005 and 2007.

  8. Don’t forget that Horkey Dead Man poster from a couple of years back. That wasn’t exactly a Hollywood blockbuster

I have totally given up on not only Mondo releases, but all random time releases. I have more important things to do with my time than sit around all day and hit f5. I’ll still go for the random releases that has some sort of reasonable time-frame i.e. between 12:00 and 1:00, but aside from that, forget it man. I’ve spent too many hours trying to bag random releases only to be disappointed when I somehow manage to miss them. It’s the definition of insanity

  9. that grandmaster mondo print on the way looks totally monster
