“R.I.(b)P.” Oil Spill Relief Print by Emek (Onsale Info)

Emek seems pretty outraged by the devastation the oil leak has created in Louisiana, so he’s going to release a print to help with the relief efforts.  “R.I.(b)P.” is a 6″ x 12″ screenprint on foil, will have an edition of no more than 400 (they will be sold openly throughout the day, but capped there), and will be $25.  A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the National Wildlife Federation.  It will be for sale today (Monday, May 24th) from 9am – 9pm Pacific Time.  Visit the Store/Info tab at Emek.net.

  1. Really dig this. I live off the gulf coast in the Tampa Bay, FL and it’s a constant will we/won’t we situation. It’s effected the fishing industry that is one of the oldest industries down here in the gulf. Families loosing their businesses and lively hoods because people won’t eat seafood thinking it’s tainted when they test it and it’s fine. Dig this and the support he is doing.

  2. Sold OUT >>>>>

  3. They were gone fast! I grabbed one as soon as they went on sale and like 10 minutes later they were all gone.

  4. Really cool of EMEK & Ronni to do not just one benefit for Haiti, but to do this one for the BP oil spill…great idea with the BP logo to be the eye_very good idea IMO.
