Ten Questions With Andy Kehoe

For today’s Ten Questions, I somehow got the always amazing Andy Kehoe to sit down and talk.  Andy is a favorite over here, so it’s a big honor.  Enjoy!

Age: 30

Location: Portland, OR

Years Doing Prints: 2 years

Favorite Poster / Art Print You’ve Done: I still really like the “Finding Hope Here in the Clearing” print I did a while back. And it definitely sold out the fastest of all my prints.

All-time Favorite Poster / Art Print that Someone Else Did: I don’t have a favorite per se, but I do have favorite artists that put out prints such as Kathleen Lolley, Evan B. Harris, and I really wish I had picked up one of Travis Lampe’s “Accidental Mishap” prints when they were around.

Music Currently In Rotation: Fleet Foxes, Bon Iver, Little Joy… and a healthy dose of Pandora Radio.

Last Print, Poster, or Toy Bought: Evan B. Harris “Helm and Harpsichord” print.

Art Hanging On Your Walls: Not much these days but hopefully I can trade for some soon… and I gotta get some of my prints framed.

Upcoming Stuff: Solo show at Jonathan LeVine gallery in New York May 12th.

Words of Wisdom: Never spray a grown man in the eyes with champagne.
