This image surfaced of a brand new poster by Emek and his sister Yasmin.  The image says that artwork is by Yasmin, and the poster is by both.  I really like the vibe of this, really calm with obviously Emek elements (ie text).  More info to come.

More amazing, mind-blowing lasercut work has hit the net.  Emek is offering these impressive peacock boards up to the public.  They have the following signed/numbered editions:  15 natural maple, 15 black on black, and 15 candy red.  They are available through Emek, and are $300 each.

In the title, I called them posters, but I’m really not even sure that is the right word.  These “posters” were printed on real denim, the entire edition.  After that, Emek applied glitter and rhinestones to each one, by hand.  Truly nxtlvlsht.  Read this, it is important:  These are not for sale yet.

This image just surfaced of a new album cover and tour poster that Emek did for French pop duo Les Rita Mitsouko.  No word yet on the release of the poster, but there is some really great info about the band and the documentary being filmed about them over at Emek’s site.  More info to [...]
