Drive Poster by Signalnoise (Onsale Info)

Signalnoise (aka James White) will release his much-heralded Drive poster tomorrow. It’s a 22″ x 28″ lithograph, has an edition of 300, and will cost $50. There will also be a larger 24″ x 36″ version with an edition of 30 for $90. These go up tomorrow (Thursday, January 19th) at 1pm Eastern Time. Get all the info via the Signalnoise Blog.

  10. Part of me wanted to order larger 24×36 sized prints, but I couldn’t justify paying 90 bucks for a poster digitally printed on “semi glossy paper”. I’ve purchased other posters of White’s that were printed on the same type of paper, and I was not happy with the quality, very flimsy. I instead opted to get one of the 22×28 sized posters, which are printer on much better quality paper.

  11. I see where you’re coming from as a print collector Walter, but I’m actually happy to see an officially-lisenced movie poster printed like, well, a real movie poster.

It would have been nice if the small version was screen printed, but I’m all for the large version looking like a real one sheet (even if it’s not quite the standard size).
