Last Weekend’s “Mondo Mystery Movie IX”
I was lucky enough to travel to Austin for Mondo‘s ninth Mystery Movie event. As you’ve probably read by now, the movie was Dawn of the Dead, the poster was by Jeff Proctor, and the theatrics were pretty insane (over 200 people in zombie makeup, a police-escorted convoy of buses, blanks being fired, George Romero in attendance, etc). Since most of the event has already been covered, here are some pictures of the pre-show zombie makeup room (including a 360 degree video) and the merch booth. Enjoy!

If anyone that wasn’t able to make it out wants a REG and doesn’t want to pay eBay prices, let me know. iambillyg@me.com
Hmmm, I wonder if you could actually BUY any of their posters, or whether they were already sold out at the booth!
What an amazing experience! Thanks so much Mondo!

“ebay prices” weren’t bad at all for this print, I managed to snag mine for 75 bucks, shipping included. The fact that 750 were printed helped a bunch!
^ which was a better deal than I could find from anyone selling on expressobeans.
A few people have emailed me asking what I would like to get for my REGs. I’m looking to break even for the event, which would mean selling for $75 and obtaining around $10 for shipping, bringing the total to $80.
I have two as me and my girlfriend went to the event.
Err $85.
Proctors best since Zombie, the variant is superb
Also looking to break even. I have one variant, one regular.
Is that a “The Shining” print there as well?
