Emek’s Adele Poster (Onsale Info)

Emek has teamed up with Adele for a new poster inspired by Georgia O’Keeffe. It’s a 17.5″ x 24″ screenprint, has an edition of 100, and will cost $60. Because the show was postponed, he’s also including a new “snipe” with the updated information. These go up today (Tuesday, August 16th) at 12pm Pacific Time. Visit the store/info tab at Emek.net.

  1. Emek is a talented illustrator, but he needs to put the Photoshop away forever

  2. Emek is so good when he illustrates by hand. I like Emek, and I like Adele, but clearly something went wrong here. Mixing stock computer type, Photoshop photography, and illustrations doesn’t always work. I’d like to see him just doing illustrations with custom, hand-written type. Would take him to another level if he continued with that.

  3. Emek again proving that you can’t always just pop someones face on existing art and get away with it. So uninspired.

  4. I can understand not liking the print but to accuse EMEK of plagiarism here is ridiculous…

  5. I don’t think people here are accusing him of plagiarism. I agree, this isn’t the greatest print I’ve seen come from Emek.

  6. This print represents her music so perfectly! It’s horrible!

  7. Old Age 😉
