  2. its a shame the movies are so horrible….should do a poster based on the art from the graphic novels.

  3. Are these just late going up, or is my concept of CST off?

  4. I was wondering the same thing.

  5. I really wish I liked this movie because the poster is awesome.

  6. didn’t drop or my world clock is off an hour…f5 and repeat

  7. Uppity up

  8. I want to see this thing in person.

  9. they’re awesome…i scored one for my brother that showed up the other day and it’s good stuff. Was gonna go after the ones on P&T and got stuck with solicitors. yay!

  10. Can anyone help me? I’ve been wanting to do movie posters for some time, but don’t know the legality of it.

Also does screen print vs digital print matter?

    Thanks.

  11. If you want to sell them, you will need to get permission from the studios/companies that hold the licensing rights to the films that you want to profit from. Mondo’s posters are legal and official.

If you try to sell Star Wars posters, for example, without talking to Lucas first, then Lucas will be talking to you pretty quickly, if you know what I mean. Selling unlicensed movie posters will get you a cease and desist letter, unless you make it vague imagery without the title and credits and likenesses, etc.

(And for my money, it had better be a screen print.)
