Kevin Tong’s Prints for “Bad Dads: An Art Show Tribute To The Films Of Wes Anderson”

Kevin Tong was awesome enough to send over his three prints for the upcoming exhibit, “Bad Dads: An Art Show Tribute To The Films Of Wes Anderson”, including his piece for The Royal Tenenbaums, which hasn’t been shown anywhere yet.  These are all 18″ x 24″ screenprints, have editions of 150, and will be $60 each.  I’ve also heard there might be some wood variants.  The show (which Kevin will be attending) opens Saturday, October 30th from 8pm-12am at San Francisco’s LoPo Gallery (1141 Polk Street).  There will also be a special “buyer’s preview” from 6pm-8pm that night.  The show will be open until November 27th, and everything will be available for purchase online.  Keep an eye on SpokeArt.net.

EDIT:  These are now up for sale at Spoke Art.

  1. Someone please check to see if Chris Ware still has hands. I’m afraid Kevin Tong has eaten them and stolen his powers.

    These are fantastic.

  2. i was thinking the same thing. at first i thought it was. i like kevin tong’s workt, but i’d rather see this concept done by ware himself.
