Kevin Tong’s Baths Poster and Hand-Painted Art Print (Onsale Info)

Kevin Tong made a beautiful poster for the record release show of the amazing LA up-and-comers (and recent Anticon signees), Baths.  The poster is an 18″ x 24″ screenprint, has an edition of 100, and is only $25.  There are also some art prints that Kevin has drawn and painted on…three different colorways with editions of 6-9 for $80-$100 each (all or completely unique and one-of-a-kind).  Be sure to watch the videos below about the creation of the art prints and posters, they are really great.  The posters are up now, the art prints go up today (Tuesday, July 6th) “sometime after 12pm PST”.  Visit TragicSunshine.com.

  1. Wow, these are gorgeous. The price, on the other hand, is pretty ugly. Good thing I’ve got time to think it over.

  2. The prices look pretty good to me, 80-100 bucks for what is essentially an original piece since they are all going to be slightly different is pretty dang good to me. But I personally need to save some money heh.

  3. Resembles the great Mogwai poster he made. Personally don’t have the funds at the moment (lots of great releases in the past few weeks), but good luck to those who want one. That green one looks pretty sweet.

  4. MOGWAI POSTER all over again.. Gotta respect hand-finishing them though..

  5. Awesome work as always Mister Kevin. It looks great, and the process is fun to see. I hope they sell quickly good sir.

  6. This is a beautiful poster!

  7. they lok great kevin! great deal for some hand finishing!

hope to see you at flatstock again this year!

  8. They’re up.

    Dark window looks pretty cool.

  9. *sigh* I guess the upside to passing on it is that I don’t have to decide amongst the three colorways…

  10. One of Tong’s best posters to date. Better than Mogwai imo.

  11. Beautiful stuff! Is that photoshop or illustrator?
