  1. Brilliant. Can’t wait to see where they go with the historical art print idea.

  2. This is so dang cool!!! Extra sweet that it’s a screenprint…it’s so tight. I can’t wait to see of from this “series of historical-themed art prints.”

  3. So Badass!

  4. I love this idea of history themed screen prints. Very nice.

  5. Are people really going to hang a print commemorating the death of an American president?

I *really* like the art / design, but seriously … who wants a print of this to hang in their home? I hope there’s not a JFK print forthcoming in this series.

It’s not as bad as Mr Brainwash’s John Lennon bullet hole print, but still, just not for me.

  6. I think “commemorating” might be slightly over doing it.. The assassination is a major event in US history. Hanging something like this, amazing art work based on real events, are a sure fire way to get conversations about the event going and really what better way can you represent Lincoln by continuing to keep him in your everyday life?

  7. I’m sure there are many other moments from Lincoln’s life that could be celebrated to “keep him in your everyday life,” if that’s the aim.

Again, love the style … the print is just not for me.

  8. I’m with pewter on this one… Seems like a strange thing to commemorate. And he looks kind of like an ape, here.
