I just bought one and man I can't wait. Tim....this is such a BAD ASS print. Your art is getting so much better each time you produce something new. Awesome. And this will go next to the squid print (facing each other, of course). Damn, my wall is going to rock.

Just to be clear - I really like it, it's fun to look at, you could almost see it moving. And I love pop culture references (well this one in particular is known in a smaller scale, but still).
It's great having this kind of making things up as you go, the road from A to B is a wonderous one.

ACTUALLY- I put the 'end is nigh' guy in there, which is a pretty well-known thing that pre-dates watchmen, BUT, once I did, it reminded me of Watchmen, and I couldn't help but put the reading kid in there. Wish I could say I know EXACTLY what I'm going to draw when I start a print, but on things like this, so much of it is stream of consciousness, that the random connections my brain makes make it onto the page.

This is obviously a reference from the "Watchmen" graphic novel - guy with the sign, kid reading a comic book next to a hotdog stand (at first glance looks like the news stand from the comic). And the colors of course.
