The Endangered Species Print Project

This, quite simply, is a cool idea.  The Endangered Species Print Project, started by artists Molly Schafer and Jenny Kendler, selects endangered animals and makes giclee prints with editions that correspond to the number of the surviving population.  For example, since there are 140 Vancouver Island Marmots left in the world, the print edition is 140.  The profits are donated to conservation organizations.  At $50 each, these are great gift ideas.  Visit The Endangered Species Print Project.
