Sneak Peek at Alex Pardee’s Urkel Painting

For their fifth anniversary, Gallery 1988 will host “Idiot Box”, a show dedicated to everyone’s favorite TV characters.  The first glimpse of this show comes from Alex Pardee, who created this absolutely terrifying painting of Steve Urkel.  There’s also a video of Pardee in action below.  I’ll keep you updated about this show, it is going to rule.  Enjoy!

    Hahaha. WOW. That’s pretty amazing! What a contrast between the original character and his vision. Great process video too! Can we have prints now?
