Tyler Stout’s “Blade Runner” Poster

This is the last installment in the Alamo Drafthouse sci-fi series, and it’s a winner for sure.  Tyler Stout just keeps killing these movie posters, including this new one for Blade Runner.  It’s a 24″ x 36″ screenprint, available in a regular edition and a glow in the dark variant for $30 and $50, respectively.  This will go fast, visit Mondotees.com.

  1. I’m disappointed.
    What’s wrong with their faces?

  2. i think its one of those that will look better in person. this image looks different to the mondo site. the blue looks stronger.

i only just noticed the face to the right of rachel. whats that ‘T’ shape in the top left corner?

I believe the face is a depiction of a hologram billboard that appears in the movie and that the “T” shape is part of the building facade. I suppose it could also stand for Tyler :-)

It looks like there is a lot of small details in this poster. I’m sure it is amazing in person. Blade Runner is such a classic. I couldn’t pass this one up.

  4. the variant is $75 now

  5. Actually, I think it’s gone. They have been jacking up the prices on the variants as they sell out. I think the variant for “The Thing” got up to $85 last week.

  6. I actually think its a bit ugly.

  7. i got it, but i dont think it will make it to my wall. not a fan of the colors on the normal version

  8. Why do they all have vitiligo?

  9. silly question, why do i never see tylers prints on ebay? i’d love one of those lost boys ones.

That’s the BTILChina regular ed. it went for 100 bucks.

  11. wow! thats crazy. it didnt even sell out until recently. i guess its probably cause unlike people like say rob jones, tylers stuff is being bought by fans rather than those who just want to make a fast buck. i think after doing the flight… album cover he’ll get more popular.

  12. This is fucking nuts. Killer.

    — Have neither of you actually seen the movie? It stands for Tyrell. The Tyrell Corporation? It plays just a minor role in the movie…..!
