The So-Cal Fire Poster Project

To help raise funds for those affected by the recent Southern California wildfires, a number of artists have donated over 50 different posters and art prints for sale.  The prints range in size, edition, and printing medium, but they are almost all priced at only $35 each.  All proceeds will go to The Salvation Army for their 2007 California Wildfire Fund.  This is a great cause, and you were probably going to buy a print today anyway, so make it one of these.  Visit ReliefPosters.com.

New Florian Bertmer Prints Available

The nice folks over at Shirts & Destroy have some great Florian Bertmer prints available.  The first is “Sabbath”, which is actually leftover from the Catalyst show.  It’s a 14″ x 24″ screenprint, has an edition of 50 (if I remember right), and is now only $35.  That’s a good amount cheaper than they were during the show.  As of writing this, only about 15 copies were left.  The second new print is available as part of a package.  The “Viva Hate” package includes three t-shirts, a 12″ x 12″ screenprinted art print, and a custom screenprinted box for only $35.  The box set has an edition of 50 and there are less than 30 left.  All around, these are some great deals.  Hit up ShirtsandDestroy.com.

Barack Obama “Hope” Action Figure

If this doesn’t deserve a huge LOL, I don’t know what does.  This wonderful 3D homage to Shepard Fairey’s popular poster campaign was created by Nelson X Ascensio.  It is 6″ tall, has an edition of 3,000, and will drop Monday, January 12th at JailbreakToys.com.

“March of the Happy Hunters” Art Print by Tado

Barack Obama Inauguration Poster by Shepard Fairey
